If you order a production-ready digital custom product, we may use your uploaded images, files, prompts, references, and related order information to generate, review, refine, edit, and deliver the requested product. This may include:
Production-ready digital custom products may involve sharing relevant customer-submitted files and related information with artists, contractors, or members of our artist network to the extent necessary to create, refine, review, or complete the ordered product.

If you order a custom physical product, we may use your uploaded materials, digital assets, design references, and order information to prepare, manufacture, print, package, and deliver the product. This may include sharing relevant files and order information with:

As a paid platform, we do not use your uploaded photographs, prompts, or generated outputs to train our own AI models without your explicit consent.
Where we engage third-party AI service providers to deliver portions of the Services, we engage those providers under commercial API agreements that, by default, do not permit those providers to use your inputs or outputs to train their AI models. Please see Section 4.G for more information.
F. For Marketing and Advertising

We may disclose information to advertising, analytics, and marketing partners for campaign management, audience measurement, remarketing, and related purposes, subject to applicable law and your rights.
D. With Affiliates & Corporate Group

When you use AI-assisted features of the Services, we may transmit your uploaded materials, prompts, reference images, and related processing information to these providers solely to generate the requested output.
We engage these providers under commercial API agreements that govern how customer information may be processed, retained, and used.
Where reasonably available, we select providers and configurations that do not, by default, use customer inputs or outputs to train their AI models, although you should be aware that some providers may retain inputs and outputs for limited periods to support security, abuse prevention, or service operation.

5. Relationship with Shopify
Our Services are powered in part by Shopify. Information you submit through our storefront may be processed by Shopify to help provide and improve ecommerce-related services.
Shopify may also process personal information under its own privacy terms for certain platform, checkout, analytics, advertising, or enhanced merchant features. You should review Shopify's applicable privacy information for more details.

Because our Services involve the creation of personalized 3D models, figurines, animations, and digital outputs, you may voluntarily upload photographs that include your face, the face of a person you are authorized to represent, or other likeness references.
These materials are processed solely for the limited purpose of creating, refining, reviewing, and delivering the digital or physical product you have ordered.
By uploading any photograph or likeness reference, you confirm that:
- You have the right and any necessary consents from depicted individuals to provide such materials to us;
- You authorize us, our service providers, our artist network, and our production partners to process those materials as needed to fulfill your order; and
- You will not upload photographs or likeness references that depict minors except where you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are also responsible for protecting your own account credentials and devices.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to: Maintain your account, Provide the Services, Complete transactions, Keep business, tax, and legal records, Resolve disputes, Enforce our agreements, and Comply with legal obligations. Uploaded photographs, prompts, reference materials, and AI-generated outputs are typically retained for up to ninety (90) days following completion of the related order, in order to support quality review, delivery confirmation, support requests, refunds, replacements, and similar order-related functions.
Where you choose to save outputs to your account library, those materials will be retained for as long as your account remains active or until you choose to delete them. Longer retention may apply where required by law or to defend legal claims.
12. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to: Access or know what personal information we hold about you, Request correction of inaccurate information, Request deletion of certain information, Request portability of certain information, Opt out of certain targeted advertising or similar processing, Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and Manage marketing communications.
