Additional references refine roof shape, façade, windows, doors, porch, balcony, chimney, external stairs, exterior colours, siding, signage and distinctive architectural features. See the 3D print preview. Preview your selected scale and material before production. Order your physical replica. Choose scale and material. Reference Photographs You can begin with a single good photograph. For the refined stage we recommend front, left side, right side and rear, plus an elevated view, a roof reference and close-ups of any distinctive architecture. Optional and helpful, but never required to start: approximate property dimensions, a floor plan or architectural drawing, an older photograph, or the property address. Scale Guide Figures below are illustrative for a property approximately 50 feet wide. 1:200 — approx. 3 inches (small) 1:100 — approx. 6 inches (most popular) 1:75 — approx. 8 inches (large) 1:50 — approx. 12 inches (collector) Your finished size depends on your property. Actual width is your real property width divided by the scale. A 60-foot-wide property at 1:100 finishes at about 7.2 inches, while a 50-foot-wide property at the same scale finishes at about 6 inches. What to Expect This is an exterior-focused static display replica. It does not include a detailed interior, removable roof, opening doors or windows, furnished rooms, lighting, electrical or moving components, or a complete floor-plan model. Made to order. Unusually large or complex properties — estates, campuses, multiple connected buildings, extensive grounds — may need a short review before production, and we'll contact you if so. Scale dimensions are approximate and illustrative. Final physical dimensions depend on the real dimensions of your property.
