Includes face/hand/pose correction, clothing refinement, mesh fixes for watertight print-safe geometry, surface finishing (removing AI artifacts), stability and base prep, and a final quality check. 3D Model Preview generation is near-instant. Production-Ready Model (AI + Artist) refinement takes 3–5 business days. Physical figurine production adds another 3–7 days. Shipping is 3–10 business days depending on your location. Rush options are available.

Yes — we ship to 60+ countries worldwide. All orders include tracking. Delivery times vary by destination. Import duties may apply for some countries and are the responsibility of the customer.

Every figurine is shipped in protective, custom-fit packaging. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Pricing is always shown as a clear split: Modeling (Production-Ready Model) + Printing (size + material) + any Add-ons = Total. There are no hidden fees. Digital-only orders have no printing cost.

We offer free revisions before production begins. Once a physical figurine enters production, we cannot offer refunds due to the custom nature of each piece. If we make an error, we'll fix it or replace it free of charge.
