2.2 Production-ready digital custom products

Delivery timelines for production-ready digital custom products may depend on:

Where 3daily.ai offers physical products, such products are generally custom-made, personalized, and made to order. These products may require digital preparation, artist refinement, print preparation, fabrication, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
For that reason, shipping times for physical products will usually include both:

Estimated production or processing times shown on the website, in checkout, in emails, or in other communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3.3 Shipping methods

6. Incorrect address and failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a customer provides an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address, we are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or losses resulting from that error.
If a shipment is returned to us due to:

8. Risk of loss and title
For physical products, risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law provides otherwise, that law will apply.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is later reported missing, customers should first contact the carrier and then contact us with the order details. We may assist where reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-confirmed deliveries unless required by law or covered by shipping insurance purchased for the order.
9. Damaged, defective, or incorrect physical deliveries
If a physical product arrives:

11. Split shipments
